I can’t get help to move my Fitbit to google, why? What happens does my watch stop or do I just loose data? Why didn’t google just migrate everyone over.

Hi @Floridapeg   Please carefully read this Help article: How to move your Fitbit Account to a Google Account   Unfortunately, the video is out of date.  You tap on the gear icon in the upper right and the Move account option is there at the top.

Fitbit/Google just can't migrate you over.  Your email address is your user identification.  You can use any email provider for a Fitbit account.  You need to create a Google account if you don't have one.

Your account will be deleted if you don't migrate by the deadline.
