Can't have my three Fitbit devices on my account

  • I purchased a Versa 4, I also have an inspire hr and a charge 3. I can only get two of the fitbits on my app on my iPhone. Is there a way to get all three on app? I use them all for different activities.

You can normally have only one fitbit connected per account.  I suspect you are only able to now connect 2 because one of your devices, either Inspire hr or Charge 3 is old enough to not confirm to the above, even though they are seemingly included in the list.  No two of the more recent devices are able to co-exist on the same account, and that has been a major user complaint for several years, so I doubt it will soon change.

For now you should consider yourself among the lucky few able to have 2 devices co-existing until one of your older devices dies out.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi @83-kas-  - in addition, although not ideal, you can have multiple accounts. Simply logout and login to the account of watch in question.
