Can't install apps on my Versa 4

Versa 4 firmware version: 61.20001.194.86

FitBit App version 4.04 (110006463)

I can't install any apps. Looked around the forums and it says to update the firmware and the app version but I believe they're up to date? I don't see anywhere to update / follow steps and don't get anything saying update.

Hi @LiveLaughLorry - you can't install additional apps on a Versa 4.

Hi there, @LiveLaughLorry. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided and your time in looking around the forums to find the answer to your inquiry plus making sure your Versa 4 is updated.

As @Guy_ has mentioned, third party apps cannot be installed on Versa 4 or Sense 2 as on other Fitbit devices. I understand why this might be helpful. Even though we truly appreciate that you've taken the time to come here and share your thoughts about this, please note at this time there are no plans to implement this feature on Versa 4.
