Can't log in to the Fitbit app with Comcast email and it is forcing me to use Google

I opened my appt to see my sleep hours and was check  out and now I have to use google to go in.  I don tuse google.  I was using my private comcast email..  Why am I been force to use google? What number is anyone able to call you cant find where to call.
