Can't migrate to Google Account

The option to change to Google account does  not appear in my settings.

Hi @Westoner, thanks for stopping by, I hope you're doing well.

Let me help you move your Fitbit account to your Google account.

You should be able to move your Fitbit account to your Google account by doing the following:

  • Open the Fitbit app.
  • Sign in to your Fitbit account.
  • Tap Settings settings icon and then Move account.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions.

Note: Once you move Fitbit to your Google Account, you can not undo this action.

If you don't see the move icon, it may be possible that you have already done it. How do you log into your Fitbit app? Do you use the option Login with google?

thanks for these guidelines but there is no settings icon.

The settings icon may be a gear or your profile picture; you can find it in the top right corner of your app.
