My Fitbit was lost for a while. Recharged and reset now I can’t reconnect it to my phone. Bluetooth won’t even find it. What can I do?

I'm sorry to hear that you're still having difficulties reconnecting your Fitbit device with your phone. I will do my best to help you with this!
If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend trying the following steps in the order listed:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Sense 2 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.

I apologize for the error. My Fitbit is a Versa 4. I don’t know why it says Sense 2. 🤷🏽:female_sign:
