why i cant see sleep data on my versa 4. i can only see it from the app. can someone help me? TIA.

Hi there, @Biagio_C. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your Versa 4.

 

In order to see your sleep data on your Versa 4, please follow the steps below:

 

  1. Swipe up from the clock face to see Fitbit Today.
  2. Check the sleep tile to see your sleep information. You may have to swipe up to find it. If you don't see the sleep tile, tap Settings at the bottom of Fitbit Today and make sure you turned on the sleep tile.
  3. Swipe left on the sleep tile to see your sleep history for the past week.

 

If the above doesn't help, please restart your Versa 4 and try those steps again.

@MarreFitbit   You directions to find sleep data are incorrect.  You see your Notifications if you swipe up on the Versa 4/Sense 2 clock face.  I think you are confusing the Versa 3 navigation with the Versa 4 navigation.
