Can't see the GPS data on my Versa 4

Started using versa 4. Map route is not drawn in app after run. I see makers for each km but can't see hr or pace or route. Why?

Did the GPS show a white arrow and “connected”? It takes time (mine took about 30 minutes) for the watch GPS to lock onto enough satellites to get accurate maps. If you start it and only see a red arrow, it has not connected to the satellites signals.
