I just got a versa 4 and I tried to add Snapchat notifications I didn’t even see it in the notifications at all

Hi, @Samhaz. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I will do my best to help you with this!

Since you're setting up notifications, you'll need to receive a message from the app desired in order for your app to show it as option in your Fitbit notification section. For example, tell someone to send a Snapchat, then check your Fitbit app and you'll see that Snapchat is already an option to be selected.
