I have already received Whatsapp messages on my phone and when I go into the Fitbit app and select notifications, there is no option to enable whatsapp notifications. The option to enable all other app's notifications is there. Please help to fix this issue. *I am on IOS.*

Fixed it. I removed the Versa 4 and then set it back up and got a Whatsapp notification and now it works.

Hi @john123john - this is an iOS issue. Make sure you have a pending WhatsApp notification on the phone's status bar before trying to add it from the App Notifications, it should then appear.

@john123john - did you also pull down on the watch face and turn off all the icons, to make sure your watch can receive notifications as well.
