Can't set up all notification choices for my Versa 4

Brand New Versa 4-trying to set up notifications and I feel like I don't have all the options that I should have.  Missing emails especially, as well as the only app showing up is Microsoft Teams.

Hello @CFalcha1967 and welcome to the Community.  That Notifications page is displaying correctly.  Calls, Texts, and Calendar are the only toggles on that page.  There is a bit of a quirk with App notifications on iPhones.  Apps that are set up to receive notifications don't appear on that list until it has sent you a notification.  Tap on that App notification tile to see your list.  See if your email or other apps are on your list and toggle them on.
