Can't set up my Versa 4

Got a new vesra 4 and trying to connect it to my iPhone 11 the screen on the watch won’t display the code to sync the watch to the phone. 
anyone know how to fix this?

This happened to me as well- had to go through a whole thing with customer service for them to tell me to ship it back to them and once they confirm it doesn’t work they’ll replace it

Sad to hear that you're having an issue with your Versa 4.
From what you've mentioned, I'd suggest doing a factory reset on your device and set it up from scratch.
To factory reset your Versa 4, first keep it's button pressed for around 10 seconds until you'll see the Fitbit logo flashing on it's display. Then release the button and immediately keep pressing it again until there's a circle around the Fitbit logo. Now release the button and wait until your device has restarted.
