I bought a second hand versa 4 watch. When I reset and try to connect with new device, I am having problem with pairing issue. When app say connect your watch with charger and a 4 digit code pop up in watch and after typing that code in phone. I am having problem at that step. They say something went wrong ( try again or exit). I tried several times but same problem. Please anyone help me to solve this problem

I'm sorry to hear that your new Versa 4 is not connecting to your account. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
As a first approach, I'd like to clarify if this is the first Versa 4 or Fitbit device you own? I understood that it's a second hand device, but what I want to know is if it's the first device you try setting on your Fitbit account? If so, since your Versa 4 was owned by someone else prior to you, I'd recommend performing a factory reset. To do so, On your Fitbit device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset. Then, try setting it up once again by following these steps.
