Can't set up notifications on my Versa 4 after the new update

Hi 

I’ve got the user manual from the app but it hasn’t been updated to the new app so it’s useless.

I’m trying to receive texts and calls but can’t make any progress. I’ve tried You Tube but there’s nothing up to date on there.

Can anyone help me please?
