Can't set up notifications on my Versa 4

Was able to sync versa to iPhone but it will not sync to “versa4 call”

I have turned off both phone &  watch and also Bluetooth and it will give matching codes but than it will and then will say “pairing unsuccessful “

also tried on a different phone and same thing happened

To better assist you, may I know if when setting up your Versa 4 you were asked to set up notifications? Would you please guide me through all the steps you've done so far? 

In the meantime, please also confirm whether you've tried all the steps below:

If you continue to have issues, try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. On your phone, turn Bluetooth off and back on.
  2. Restart your Fitbit device. For instructions, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  3. Remove your Fitbit device's controls or calls from the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone.
  4. Set up on-wrist calls again. For instructions, see How do I set up on-wrist calls on my Fitbit device?

Note that your Fitbit device's controls or calls might be listed as “Not Connected” in the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone. When you receive a phone call, the controls automatically reconnect. This feature requires more frequent charging.
