Can't set up on-wrist calls on my Versa 4

Hi all,

I received today my Versa 4 but I don't find the on wrist option in the Fitbit app. I've followed the guide to enable it but I don't find it.

Anyone has the same issue?

Hello, have you tried going to the app, clicking on your profile photo top left, then click versa 4, then notifications, then click on for phone. That should be the call option. Is that the way you did?

That option is only for call notification, is not for answer a call directly from the watch. Moreover music controls are missing too, at moment my old Versa 2 is better than this new one and it is very frustrating

@baffius on-wrist calls are not currently available for the Versa 4. That feature is listed as "coming soon". I don't know how "soon" is defined, in this case.

Thanks, the OS of this watch seems like a beta version...

I hope developers will implements all missing features that are in the previous versions

Same!  No logging weight or water directly on the watch either.  Seems the 4 is taking a step backwards in tech.  I may return mine and get the versa 3

Hi @baffius - you are right about the beta version, and the users are doing the testing!

However many of the missing options is by design, quite why is the mystery.

I'm serious considering to return it back. Is no acceptable to pay 229€ and receive product worst than my 3 years old Versa 2

Yes sorry, the features should be coming in 2023 due to Google taking over
Fitbit after the versa 4 was made.

Companies should understand that we are not beta-tester, I payed now for this watch not in 3 months.
