Can't sync versa 4 help

Sad to hear that your Versa 4 isn't working properly. I'd suggest trying to restart it by pressing and holding the side button for 10 seconds to check whether or not the Fitbit logo will be displayed. If it doesn't, please contact Fitbit support for further assistance:
