I have a new Versa 4 and I am unable to toggle the gps to on in exercise - walk, run, bike etc. on the watch. The screen also seems either super sensitive or unresponsive to touchscreen.
I have updated the Fitbit app and factory reset the device. iPhone settings location set to always. Bluetooth have forgotten device and reset. Phone turned off and on. Any ideas? Frustrating as unable to track any outdoor activity

Hi there, @Jude59. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that the GPS on your Versa 4 is not working properly. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
Besides walking, running, and biking, is there any other activity where the GPS can't be turned on?
In the meantime, please confirm that you've restarted the Versa 4 as suggested here. Also, please let me know the steps you tried in order to factory reset your Versa 4.
