Can't turn off the sleep mode on my Versa 4

Versa 4

The software uodated yesterday and now sleep mode is on and is grayed out so I cannot turn it off. Anyone know how to fix other than a factory reset?

I’ve noticed mine has been doing the same thing at night too since the upgrade even though I don’t have the sleep function set. 
swip down from Home Screen on your versa 4 and press the moon button which will be showing blue that will turn it off plus then the watch shake to wake and the sun icon will blue go from blue to white. I’ve had to do this for the last 3 nights during the night. Very frustrating things happening since the upgrade.

Thanks for trying to help. When I swipe down and press the Moon button, it
shows Sleep Mode Locked for Do Not Disturb. When I go to Do Not Disturb,
it shows Locked While in Sleep Mode. It's like a loop and I can't get out
of it.
When I go the long way to Settings, everything is greyed out under the
Quiet Modes (except for Focus Mode, which is Off).
