Can’t turn on GPS on Versa 4

Really want to see my map after a run on my Versa 4. But I can’t turn on my GPS tracking on any exercise. On the exercise settings on the Fitbit, the GPS setting is dull and permanently switched to off, it does nothing (pictured). The rest of the settings are bold and work. I’ve allowed the all location settings on my phone for the Fitbit app. Don’t know if anyone else has had the same problem? Tried chatting with Fitbit help chat and they told me to restart the Fitbit which didn’t work

Thank you for bringing to my attention this difficulty that you are experiencing with Versa 4, for the picture and for trying to fix the issue on your own. 

Please, confirm that you are trying to restart the device as indicated in this help article.

In addition, I'd suggest you change the clock face and trying again.
