hi, the screen lock option in the app is all greyed out except a red button to reset a pin. I’ve done this several times (I haven’t linked a card for payment as I don’t want this functionality), but the pin code is never requested on the device. I have no security as a result. I’ve restarted several times with no success, still no pin request. Any help please.. thanks.
