I keep getting a message "unlock your device from ur phone". I have followed for it's instructions to no avail. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi there, @Youngathearr. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is still stuck on that message. I understand your, I will do my best to help you with this!
Have you made sure that your Versa 4 has enough battery life to perform the steps recommended by @JohnnyRow? I'd recommend putting it on to charge on a charging wire and outlet known to be working. Leave it on the charger for a good two hours, even if it doesn’t seem to be charging. Once you make sure that your device has enough power, try once again the steps JohnnyRow provided.
Let me know if the issue persists, so I can move forward with the next steps.
