Hey, i just got my versa 4 today, worked great for a couple hours, then it said an update was available, i tried to do it, but the update button wont press, i restarted both devices, factory reset it, forgot the device, restarted the device again, then i restarted my phone again. Update button STILL wont press, and i dont think this is in my end, i think this is on fitbits end of things

Hi there, @JoshW08. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your new Versa 4 is not updating. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
Since you have just setup your Versa 4, I will advise you to wait around 48-72 hours after setup for you to be able to complete the update. If you are still not able to update your Fitbit device after this time, please make that your Fitbit app is updated and that you've followed all troubleshooting steps provided here Why can't I update my Fitbit device?
From personal experience, I have had some Fitbit devices where I cannot do the update right away and I need to wait until next day to be able to complete the update. Maybe this is what's happening to you.
