unable to open fibit pay on app. after pin, it just flash out, unable to go in. any clue?

As a first approach, please make sure to restart your Versa 4 by following these steps. Then, try again opening Fitbit app. 

If the issue persists, would you mind checking whether you are able to open other apps on your Versa 4?

other apps can be opened on versa 4. but i can not go into the fibit pay
page on the my cell phone. so i can not add any card. a error keeps coming
up when i try to press the wallet button on the fibit app.
