I have recently just got it and was told that now Fitbit supports Google Pay as I have been using Google Pay on my mobile.

I have also set up Google Wallet on my Fitbit and it is also showing on the watch but however for some reason, I am not able to use it to pay even though my bank has confirmed it.

Is there anyone facing this issue? I would love to use my Fitbit watch to make payments using the Google wallet function.

I am located in Singapore if there helps...

Sad to hear that you're having issues with Google Wallet on your Versa 4.
As a first approach to hopefully get things fixed, I'd suggest to remove your payment card from the app and closely follow these instructions to set up Google Wallet again:

I did that. But sadly it is still now working.... Is there any ways I can work around it? Should I bring the fitbit back to the merchant?
