Can you download games in Versa 4?

We got our 9 year old Versa 4 as few of his friends had it. His friends are able to download games and play but we are on seeing the games on our apps. We tried updating and everything and it still doesnt show the game apps? One of his friends has Versa 3 and the other one has Versa 4 and they are both able to download and play games. Can someone please advice.

I moved your post from the Ace LTE forum to the Versa 4 product help forum since that's the Fitbit you mention in your post. Hopefully, another Versa 4 user will be able to answer your question.
