Is it true you can't have the Starbucks App on Versa 4 like I did on my Versa 2?

Hi @Mayorcrispy - actually you can't have any apps on a Versa 4 or Sense 2, other than those loaded initially and find my phone.

i just had to switch from versa 3 to versa 4 because my versa 3 stopped working.  the lack of apps, including starbucks, is supremely disappointing.  i may need to switch to an apple watch.

Hi @Sonogal - did you know as you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.

A Versa 3 is still available in the shops or you have the choice of other brands, some Garmins have a 10 day battery life, Apple is about a day.

Hi @Sweet23 - if your watch is under warranty it can be replaced.

If it is still working fine it can be glued back with right glue, see in the forums, but never get it wet.

Otherwise a new Versa 2 is still available in the shops or online.

@Sonogal - what happened to your Versa 3, did you do the complete troubleshooting?

Try posting in other Versa watches forum, you may find a resolution.

All of a sudden I was getting a message that the device was too cold, I should warm it up to charge. I did, then battery depleted within hours. I tried resetting and same occurred. I figured it’s life was up and it was dying.

@Sonogal - did they get you to do a factory reset on the Versa 3? The fault is usually terminal (possibly due to moisture accumulation in the watch) but try fully charging the 3, then do a factory reset from the menu.

Wait 5 minutes after starting the factory reset for it to come to life. Don't set it up though. Then see how many days it lasts in the factory state.

Also try charging again when it has run out of battery to see if it behaves normally.

If it gets hot while charging stop immediately.
