My heart rate while I’m sitting down has been 80+ for many many years.
I started going to the gym 2 weeks ago and I’ve been trying to work on cardio for the most part.
Recently I started to see my heart rate while I’m sitting down be as low as 71. Is it normal to see these changes as quick as 2 weeks after you start exercising?

Hi @rege142 you might want to check with your health care provider to ask. So many things make it hard for us on the forums to answer. Your age, general health, weight, etc would all come into play. Might be best to find out what your medical care team has to say about it.
