Can I suggest that there is likely a bug related to this issue? After spending more than an hour searching on this, no-one has a solution, and the best possible workaround seems to be to simply set the goal so high that the notification is never triggered.
The issue is that when this notification happens, it keeps buzzing, non-stop, until manually disabled. Very annoying.
In the Versa 4 device, I have gone to settings, and goal reminders, and toggled it off. Still get the weekly notifications, at the most inopportune times. To simply set my goal so high I don't reach it is a terrible workaround.
Perhaps Fitbit could look into this as a bug?
(And longer term, of course *all* notifications should be controllable from a single place on the app, which would resolve a very large number of queries and problems around difficulty finding out how to turn off various notifications.)
