I go for a walk and the Versa 4 automatically starts tracking the walk as an Exercise...all good.
When finished the screen shows the option to End or Resume the exercise.. touching the End on the screen rarely works..Resume seems to flash and will respond if I touch it.. if I bring up the End again and try and touch it..again nothing.. Stuck in a loop.
If I leave the Versa 4 alone for a while it eventually comes up with another option to End the exercise.. this seems to work. Hovever the Versa 4 is basically stuck and useless until it figures out I've stopped..
Any advice on how to fix. The touch screen is working, but just fails to accept the End command.

Welcome back to the Fitbit community, @mrfids1!
Sad to hear that you're having issues with your Versa 4. As this sometimes works wonders, I'd suggest restarting your device as a fist step. To do so please keep it's side button pressed for around 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on your Versa 4's display.

Thanks for the reply...
This has been going on for a number of weeks.. I'm pretty sure I've restarted the Versa 4 a couple of times over this period.
I've restarted again and will monitor my exercise over next few days.

You're welcome, thanks for your fast feedback, @mrfids1!
If you haven't tried that already, you might also reset your device to factory settings. Before doing so, I'd suggest removing your device from the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone and within the Fitbit app, as you will have to set it up from scratch afterwards. To not lose data your device has tracked so far, give it a last sync at first.
I'll keep my fingers crossed.
