Cant download menstrual tracker

I have deleted all other apps on my watch so its not a space issue, it fully charged, I see the app but when I go to download it let's me click it, then it just goes back to saying install. What is going on?

@Jfergus   I read you post several times and want to help.  You mentioned apps on your watch.  Fitbit menstrual tracking is a Fitbit app feature.  You mention trying to download an app, but the Versa 4 doesn't support third party apps.  Can you share more details?
