As of yesterday, when I exercise it's no longer registering my cardio load as a workout, it tracks it but only as general activity. This only started yesterday 14th Jan 2026. Please help
That is happing to me as well. I restated the Fitbit and my phone, but it continues too not record in the cardio load but in the general. I also checked to make sure there was no update to be downloaded. Anyone have a solution to this issue?
At least I know now that's it's a software issue and not the device itself. I'm not sure how this works... Does 'fitbit' pick it up a resolve it? Mine still doing it! I mean it's not a massive issue.... As the activity is registering and the workouts are... It's just a niggle!
