Connecting a new Fitbit to my phone so I can begin tracking my activities

I have a new Fitbit Versa 4 and have followed all instructions to set it up and sync it to my phone and all I continue to get is the beginning message telling me to download the Fitbit app

Hi @Moose9050  @zinastarr46 - for a new watch, after you install the Fitbit App on your phone, login and add new device, this will set it up on your account and phone and install the latest firmware and get the watch working.

I can not seem to find where to add a new device at. Please assist and

@zinastarr46 - did you try tapping the icon top left in the Fitbit App?

  1. Tap the Today tab Guy__0-1706884291724.png
  2. Then tap Devices Guy__2-1706884291510.png.
  3. Tap Set Up a Device, Add a new Device or Add more devices.
  4. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
