Data not showing on the Fitbit app anymore

Hourly activity stop working 3 weeks ago. day steps is working. But weekly ,monthly ,yearly not showing stop working 3 weeks ago too.

We've received some reports regarding this issue being solved after the latest Fitbi update. Would you mind confirming if you have your Fitbit app up-to-date? If so, please check whether the issue is still going on.

Yes! my fitbit Versa 2 is updated , updated on May 22 on my iphone.

Hi ,After today update. Version 4.45. The problem is still there. Hourly activity not show. Weekly , Monthly and Yearly steps not showing!!

Same issue.  Latest app, latest iOS version.  Where data should be showing, it’s greyed out.  The data exists; ie for miles, if I go backwards a day at a time, the number is there.  But if I try to see a total accumulation for any period of time, it’s still greyed out.  My spouse has the same issue for her charge 6.
