I recently switched from one google acc to another with my versa 4 and an android phone. I removed the device and synced it all properly with the new acc. My steps were only being recorded on my phone, my watch was zero. I restarted the app and the watch many times and Fitbit support wanted me to return it. I actually fixed it myself just by changing the watch face to a brand new one. Hope this helps anyone in a similar situation.

Hi @SunsetRunner - if the proper permissions are not granted to the clock face it can't show the relevant information.
Good job for finding a solution but if you want go back to the original one that wasn't working you should be able to fix it.

@Guy_ So the watch faces I inherited from my old account had not been authorised for use? That's a great tip, I just wish the Fitbit support team knew about this
