Has anyone else had this issue with the latest update ?
All my saved clock faces in my Fitbit app have disappeared including clock face on the watch ?

Hi there, @Pawz. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention, I'm sorry to hear that you cannot change the clock face on your Versa 4, I understand your concern.
If you haven't done so yet, would you mind to double check that you are not logged in the Fitbit mobile app on multiple mobile devices (any combination of phones and/or tablets) at the same time? If you're, please sign out of one and try again while only signed in on one device.
Let me know if by doing that you keep having the same issue when trying to change the clock face.

Hi @Pawz - there is a problem which may be related to an update or account migration or some random event where this happens.
It has happened to me as well unexpectedly.
A long gentle press on the centre of the watch display will bring up the choice of clocks you actually now have on the watch.
The only option is to reinstall everything you had but you will have lost any configurations you made.
You can see other posts in the forum with the same and similar problem.
