How do I stop my Fitbit from asking if I want to “stop this exercise.” I can’t always get to it and then it defaults to “yes” and quits tracking. Plus I don’t wear my glasses to read notifications while exercising. So frustrating.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @LilEmm7352.
Thank you for letting me know about this situation in regards to the message appearing on your Versa 4.
This seems to be as if your Versa 4 is auto recognizing an activity, you can choose which activities your device tracks automatically, or change the amount of time needed to record the activity. For example, choose to turn off automatic tracking for a walk, or to record an outdoor bike ride after 5 minutes:
- From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the Exercise days tile.
- Tap more , and then tap Activity Settings.
- Tap an exercise, and adjust the duration or turn off Auto-recognize
You can check more information about this here.

Seems to be a bug by the latest release of the 210.26 firmware.
