Doesn’t track heart rate

I’m using: iPhone 12 iOS 16.6.1; Fitbit iOS app version 4.03; Versa 4 version 20001.184.52.

As of updating this morning, I don’t see HR on my app dashboard anymore. The Versa 4 shows it, just not the app, which is frustrating, as I’m at the gym, so have my phone in front of me and don’t wanna have to break my stride to check my wrist between jogs (I know about the vibration, it’s just not strong enough for me to notice when I’m watching Mountain Monsters).

I’ve restarted the app and watch, and it’s still tracking steps, calories, hourly activity, and zone minutes, just not HR.

Welcome back to the Fitbit community, @BurritoVonSilly!

Sad to hear that you're having an issue with your Fitbit app.
To hopefully get things fixed, please tap on the Edit button, shaped like a pencil, in the upper right of your Fitbit app's Today page. Now you have access to all tiles that can be added. Next please check if the Heart tile is set to on and activate it if not.
Considering vibration of your Versa 4, please check if it is set to light. To do so go to your device's settings by swiping down from the clock face, then tap the gear icon in the upper right corner. Next scroll to Vibration and Audio and tap that. Now you can set vibration strength to Strong.
