This just started today (9/6/25). I already have to walk 2 flights at our house (split level) for my Fitbit Versa 4 (had same issue with Charge 4) to record 1 flight of stairs. As of today, my Versa 4 won't record any flights of stairs. I've restarted 3 times already. And, each time I've restarted by clock has ended up about 10 minutes behind "real" time unless/until I synch to my phone (which has never happened before).
Suggestions? (Please do NOT suggest restarting the Fitbit, see above.)
