Hi! For the last few days the exercise tile in the app has a been pulsing grey and not showing any data.
I found a resolution in another thread. The suggestion was to uninstall/reinstall the app, clear the storage and the cache then restart the device and my phone.
I tried this and the problem is still there. Only now the activity hours isn't working correctly, when the tile is opened its blank except for a couple of grey lines. I'm guessing this.happenef because the storage and cache were cleared.
Any advice would be greatly. Thank you!
