Exercise not syncing

My versa 4 is not syncing when I do exercise. I set the exercise going before I leave for a walk and then when I get home it only shows part of the exercise. I went for a 3 mile walk today and it only registered 0.6mile. I have tried restarting my watch and updating the app and phone and its still not working properly. Also the maps are not showing up either after I end the exercise. What can I do to get this working again? I only got a new fitbit 10 months ago and it's not been working for about 6 months

I have been having the same issue.  I have tried their customer service chat and i did everything they asked (factory reset, unpair and re-pair, changing other various setting on/off) and nothing has worked yet.  The last chat ended with them saying that they were going to forward the case to a product specialist for them to get back to me via email.  It is very frustrating.  I run around 6 miles 5 days a week and don't check my wrist all that much during that time so to see at the end of the run that my exercise had magically stopped tracking is so disappointing.  Once I hear back from them, I will post it here.

Amazing thank you. Sorry it’s not working for you too.
I’ll contact Fitbit themselves and see what they say. And hopefully they can get it sorted
