Facebook and Strava notifications are not coming through my Versa 4

With my versa 2 it worked but now with versa 4 I can’t get notifications thru Facebook and strava please help.

Now with gps built in will I get maps of my strava runs automatically

Hi @Daniella86 - firstly on your watch pull down on the watch face to get to Quick Settings and make sure all icons are off.

When you change watch be sure to configure notifications, in the Fitbit App click profile photo, device photo and Notifications and inside App notifications.

@Daniella86 - in which follow these steps to get it syncing properly.

Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.

Make sure that there are no other watches or phones switched on.

Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.

@Daniella86- please note that Versa 4 calls won't be connected unless in a call.

The transfer of notifications is done via the Versa 4 Bluetooth entry and if not working delete them both and run the "+ Set up a Device" to reestablish connectivity.

@Daniella86 - only notifications that show up on the phone status bar can be selected to appear on the watch, the phone and apps may need configuring for that.

If the Fitbit App and Strava are linked it may be possible to see maps, maybe someone else can confirm this.

Note, a Versa 4 does not support additional watch apps.
