Let me sum up what I am unhappy with.
1. Alexa on Versa 4 cannot understand verbal instructions as well as Fitbit Sense's Google assistant. I had to repeat myself four times to set an alarm verbally.
2. You no longer can make a call via the watch.
3. Unable to control spotify on Versa 4.
4. The E-store omits these changes, which creates a huge mismatch of expectations when Versa 4is made to look like the best of the best.
5. Features like google wallet dont work. Can't add a credit card to my Versa 4's google wallet. Features don't work as advertised.
I no longer have faith in Fitbit to have the customer's interests in mind. Who's to tell if the next device update comes with more stealth downgrades at a higher price?
I tried requesting for an exchange to Fitbit sense or Versa 3 via customer chat but that option is not available. Fitbit has a refund policy which i intend to utilise. Don't think i will look back at Fitbit after this. I do not see a future with myself as a long term consumer of Fitbit.
