Fitbit Layers atch faces won't stay on 12 hour

I am trying to use the Fitbit Layers watch face.  Anyone have any idea how to change it to 12 hour?  Everytime I switch it to 12 hour and sync it still shows 24 hours.

Hi @Dena1021 - have you tried swiping the watch face down to get to Quick Settings and disable Always On and enable wrist wake.
