Purchased a Versa 4 in mid November. By Christmas it was not working. Won’t sync, watch face stuck with an error code. Went through all the suggested fixes - restarting, deleting the app and reinstalling, forgetting and pairing the device again, etc… Then went through this same rigamarole on the phone with the with customer service rep. She finally/reluctantly agreed I needed to submit a warranty claim. Emailed return label and I sent back the device. Two weeks later, still nothing from Fitbit. Call everyday and they tell me I have to wait the full 10 “business days” (which is now well past) for an answer.
What kind of company makes a sh@#&*y product, won’t refund your money when it stops working, and instead expects their customers to mail the product back and wait weeks while the company decides if they will honor the warranty.
This is the second Fitbit product I have had crap out on me. I will never waste my $$ on one of their watches again. Next time I will spend the extra $$ for a Garmin!
