Fitbit Versa 4 and bluetooth on device is gone :(

Hi,
Please help.  I can't find bluetooth on my fitbit versa 4 anymore.  I have Samsung S21 Ultra 5G (6 years and still going) and bluetooth does work.  So, I know the bluetooth on the phone is good.  But the bluetooth on fitbit is not showing up, so lost connection with phone and any activity about 3 weeks ago now.  😞

Have you done a restart on fitbit and rebooted phone?

Hi,
Yes, I have restarted the fitbit and rebooted the phone multiple of times since then.  But the phone is not seeing the bluetooth from the fitbit.  And when I try to search for the phone from the fitbit, it is not finding it.  So, it seems as if the bluetooth on the fitbit is not working and not sure how to update or reset it.

I've restarted both same blue tooth connect ability issue as of a while ago. 

And it lost, it's time with these updates

In exact same boat phone displayed wrong time today and bluetooth is unfindable

Same type of issue. Fitbit showed time way off and I coujd t fix it. Did a shut down in the watch settings trying to fix issue.  Versa 4 goes thru the logo restart but ends up with a blank black screen after restarting Versa 4 so I can’t see anything. Can’t see the 4 digit code to add Versa 4 Fitbit back. So no Bluetooth and phone can’t connect. Any new answers out there?  I’ve tried all the other suggestions to no avail.

wasn't sure which to reply to, but seems like all in the same boat and gonna need to save money up for to get a new Fitbit.  I like the Fitbit Versa 4 and not sure if need a new version or just to try and get the same model
