My versa 4 has been flashing off and on, I turn down my brightness and it automatically turns back up. It doesn’t track my sleep correctly, or my steps.  I don’t understand why it is having so many issues.  I used to love my versa but it is really becoming a real pain and unreliable.

I really understanding what you feel, because my versa 4 since 12 February suddenly disconnect, but never can get back connect with the APP, even the APP have updated version yesterday.  I called CS so many times but the issues still there, I also feel very painful and disappointed.

Hope your versa 4 can get back soon.
