I have a versa 4 - 5 months old
and it's continuing to charge and vibrate but the screen will not display
I have the receipt and just want to get an exchange - how do I do this?

Hi there, welcome to the community @Sarahauschick99! Feel safe that I know how important it is for you to get your Versa 4 screen working again.
I suggest you to do the following:
Sync the device in the Fitbit app.
Check for available Firmware updates.
Charge the Versa 4: Ensure secure connection to the charging cable and that the cable is plugged into a working USB port. (computer or UL-certified wall charger).
