Fitbit Versa 4 shows the Fitbit download link

The screen has the fitbit download link but does not switch on even after full charge...the long press of the start button also is not helping.

Thank you so much for letting us know that your Versa 4's screen is showing the Fitbit download link and is no longer turning on and for all your efforts.

Do the LED lights on the back side of your Versa 4 blink?
