Hello,
I purchased a new Fitbit Versa 4 6 months ago and love it. I understand there has been a newer version 214.26 but it doesn’t show up on my app to update it. I’ve restarted it and my iPhone, turned Bluetooth on and off, deleted both apps and reinstalled each one, but no banner shows up to install the new update? Can you help me find the new update to install? Thank you.

@FrankJB The firmware update that is rolling out is 220.21. That same firmware is coming to my Sense 2 and I haven't received it either. There isn't any way to force an update. This Help article lists all the firmware versions. It says it has bug fixes and improvements, but I haven't seen any posts about what changed.
